Order and Delivery Terms
Order confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Delivery time:
All orders are processed quickly – your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order (on business days). The delivery time is usually 4–8 business days from dispatch.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are added to your order automatically at checkout. Any campaigns, such as free shipping for orders over a certain amount, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Payment service provider
The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
